Une carrière en tant qu'analyste en fraude contestation, tu répondras aux appels de la clientèle souhaitant contester des transactions sur leur compte. Votre mission essentielle sera de guider notre clientèle à travers le processus de contestation, jouant ainsi un rôle déterminant dans la prévention de la fraude et la protection des intérêts financiers de nos clients et de la banque.
Ton emploi:
- Répondre aux appels de la clientèle souhaitant contester des transactions sur leur compte
- Soutenir la clientèle concernant ses préoccupations relatives aux transactions contestées.
- Analyser les transactions suspectes et fournir une assistance détaillée dans le processus de contestation.
- Bâtir une relation de confiance avec la clientèle, les collègues internes et les partenaires.
- Aiguiller la clientèle vers tes collègues pour des besoins spécialisés.
Ton équipe:
Au sein du secteur de la prévention et détection de la fraude, tu fais partie d'une équipe dynamique de 22 collègues et tu relèves du directeur. Notre équipe se démarque par sa curiosité et son implication dans l'accomplissement de notre mission. Elle contribue à exercer une influence positive dans la vie des gens à travers le processus fraude et contestation.
Le Centre d'appels est ouvert de 8h-20h lundi au vendredi et tu dois être disponible à temps plein, 37,5 heures par semaine, pendant ces heures d'ouverture. Ton horaire de travail sera variable et disponible trois semaines en avance.
Ta formation et ton développement:
Ton début consiste en une formation de jour pour une durée d'environ 4 semaines. Ta formation pratique sur les lignes, supportée par des collègues experts, se poursuivra pendant environ 2 semaines.
Notre formation, basée sur l'apprentissage dans l'action, te permet de maîtriser ton métier. L'accès à des collègues possédant différentes expertises, expériences et profils diversifiés vient enrichir ton développement à tous les points de vue.

Prérequis:
- Détenir un diplôme d'études secondaires
- Expérience au service à la clientèle, service-conseil
- Capacité à soutenir la clientèle et prendre des décisions
