Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for skincare and beauty services, providing exceptional customer experiences in a spa setting.

Responsibilities

- Perform a variety of facial and body treatments following spa protocols

- Provide professional skin analysis and recommendations on skincare regimens

- Perform hair removal services such as waxing

- Apply makeup for special events or occasions

- Offer and perform additional services like eyelash extensions and nail care

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools are sanitized

- Upsell retail products and promote spa packages

- Provide excellent guest services, including welcoming clients, addressing concerns, and ensuring their comfort throughout the visit

Qualifications

- Must hold a valid Esthetician license in the state of practice

- Prior experience in a spa or salon environment is preferred

- Proficiency in front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and processing payments

- Knowledge of skincare products and ability to recommend appropriate regimens

- Strong sales skills with experience in retail sales preferred

- Ability to perform eyelash extensions is a plus

- Hospitality-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.50-$36.17 per hour
