Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Associate located in Edmonton, AB. The Junior Associate will assist with market research, client presentations, and prospecting potential business opportunities. Key responsibilities include supporting real estate transactions, maintaining and updating property listings, preparing reports, and providing exceptional client service. Collaboration with the team to meet client needs and achieve business objectives is a central aspect of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Report Preparation
  • Proficiency in Client Relationship Management and Customer Service
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills, including Presentation abilities
  • Capability to work collaboratively as part of a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Familiarity with Real Estate processes, industry knowledge, and local market insights is an asset
  • Comfortable using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and any CRM tools
  • Licensed in Commercial Real Estate
  • Willingness to work on-site and connect with clients directly in Edmonton, AB
