Known for your technical leadership, you'll collaborate with stakeholders while working with our diverse, global IT and Finance teams. Your role

• Architect and implement Oracle EBS solutions that support financial reporting, compliance, and operational goals.
• Lead development and support for core financial modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Project Costing (PC).
• Ensure systems meet financial regulations such as SOX and IFRS, embedding audit trails and control frameworks.
• Manage integrations within EBS ecosystem e.g. AP invoice processing, expenses management, financial consolidation, reporting, project controls, HR, banking systems etc.
• Collaborate with finance leadership, auditors, and controllers to translate financial requirements into technical deliverables.
• Implement and adhere to robust security protocols and risk mitigation strategies for sensitive financial data and transactions.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the team by offering recommendations in the areas of process improvement and innovative technologies.

Essential
About you

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 15+ years of relevant ERP experience.
• Proven expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.2 or later), especially in Financials module (GL, AR, AP, FA, PO, PA, OTL, Alerts).
• Proficiency in Shell Scripts, PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Forms, Workflow, Report design, XML Publisher, BI Publisher, Concurrent Manager, Data Model, and Oracle APIs.
• Experience in developing and maintaining customizations, extensions, and integrations using Oracle tools and technologies.
• Ability to exercise judgment and acumen in selecting the appropriate tools in delivering solutions for non-routine and complex challenges.
• Ability to design and implement data migration strategies and build interfaces between Oracle EBS and external systems.
• Solid grasp of Oracle EBS functional processes to effectively collaborate as Solution Architect with functional teams and translate business requirements into technical solutions for development, testing and deployment.
• Proactive and strategic approach to identifying challenges, analyzing root causes, researching and implementing effective solutions that drive operational efficiency, innovation, and value creation.
• Ability to produce high-quality technical documentation and adhere to development standards and best practices.
• Experience leading technical teams, mentoring junior developers, directing efforts of others and managing deliverables in a structured project environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with business users, project managers, and cross-functional teams across all levels in the organization, managing expectations and priorities.

Nice To Have

• Working knowledge of Microsoft technologies (.Net, SQL Server).
• Experience in working with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
• Business acumen (Engineering & Construction Industry an asset).
