Territory Sales Representative

This position is for a territory sales representative who will oversee the Greater Toronto Area. The individual candidate is preferred to have at least 3+years of experience in the Kitchen cabinet/fabrication industry, servicing and calling on cabinet shops, kitchen dealers, commercial display and store fixture companies. Must be able to conduct sales calls and clearly communicate with architects and designers specializing in residential cabinetry.
Responsibilities
- Manage a defined territory, making sales calls with distributor sales reps weekly
- Educating and training distributor sales reps on the latest products that we offer
- Stay connected with industry trends and an expert on competition within your market
- Be able to provide sales data and analytics within your territory monthly/quarterly
- Professionally present yourself and demonstrate the ability to work with various levels of people.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- 3+ years in the Kitchen Cabinet fabrication, Kitchen Dealer and/or Distribution channels
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
- Ability to travel within the territory and attend regional/national trade shows (2 to 4 per year)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Experience in storage and organization, LED lighting products or the home improvement industry is a plus
- Will not consider the applicant if currently working with any of our current Distributor customers.
