Job Summary
QuestEdge Solutions is hiring a Technical Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a field-based, outbound B2B sales role where you'll be responsible for prospecting, meeting clients in person, and helping businesses modernize their payment and technology systems (POS solutions, payment processing tools, and software).
You'll be on the road each day, visiting businesses in your territory using your own vehicle. Because this is a field role, you'll enjoy a high degree of freedom and flexibility — you're in control of your time and your success.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform outbound prospecting: cold calling, walk-ins, referrals, and networking
- Travel daily to visit B2B clients in your assigned area using your own car
- Conduct on-site consultations to understand client needs
- Recommend tailored POS and payment solutions that improve operations
- Deliver product demos and ROI-driven sales presentations
- Negotiate pricing and close deals
- Track leads, activity, and follow-ups using CRM tools
- Train clients and their teams on how to use POS systems and software
- Coordinate with technical support teams to resolve post-sale issues
- Attend trade shows and local networking events as needed
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of outbound B2B sales experience (cold calling, prospecting, face-to-face selling)
- Industry experience in fintech, telecom, software, or business solutions is a strong asset
- Strong communication, closing, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working independently in the field
- Valid driver's license and consistent access to a reliable personal vehicle
- Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Full-time availability, Monday to Friday
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
- Target total compensation: $55,000 – $110,000+ (based on performance)
