Intermediate Accountant
at CIMS LP
,
you will be a key contributor towards CIMS success by
working as part of a team responsible for accounting processes and will play a key role in providing financial and operational reporting.

You will report to the Assistant Controller and be accountable for full-cycle accounting support for CIMS business operations, including:

  • Performing bank reconciliations, entering journal entries, ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Conducting account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies, working with a large amount of data.
  • Providing support for financial planning and analysis, including the preparation of financial projections and reports.
  • Performing Balance Sheet & Income Statement Account Schedules.
  • Assisting with Accounts Payable (AP) issue resolution as needed.

A successful candidate would be an individual who has:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or business (ideally a CPA student).
  • A strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles; familiarity with fixed assets and depreciation schedules.
  • High volume AP experience.
  • The ability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities, and participate as a collaborative, self-starting, team player.

  • The potential for 2 days of Hybrid work after completion of probationary period.
