Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Framing Supervisor to oversee various construction projects. The candidate would be capable of filling in as foreman/framer i/when require. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction management processes. This role is crucial for ensuring project timelines, quality standards, and budgetary constraints are met while maintaining a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations on construction sites to ensure adherence to project plans and schedules.
  • Collaborate with project teams to maintain quality control and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide project execution.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
  • Assist in budgeting and resource allocation to optimize project efficiency.
  • Provide training and support to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Engage in construction estimating processes to ensure accurate forecasting of project costs.

Skills

  • Strong supervising experience with a focus on team leadership in a construction setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, quality control measures, and safety standards.
  • Excellent budgeting skills with the ability to manage financial aspects of projects effectively.
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
