About

Nelvik Pharma is building a new intelligent SaaS platform for the pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare systems.

We're looking for a founding 
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
 to lead our technical vision, architecture, and development roadmap from MVP to enterprise scale.

Role Overview

The CTO will drive all aspects of technology strategy — from product design and infrastructure to AI/ML integration and regulatory compliance (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11). You'll build and lead a small, high-performance team to deliver secure, scalable, and validated software.

This is a 
hands-on leadership role
, ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage environments and can architect both code and company structure.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

  • Define and execute NP's technical roadmap from MVP through enterprise scale.
  • Oversee architecture, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and data pipelines.
  • Lead development of AI/NLP modules
  • Build interfaces
  • Implement GxP-compliant systems, validation protocols, and audit-ready documentation.
  • Integrate APIs
  • Ensure product security, scalability, and data privacy (HIPAA, GDPR).

Team & Operations

  • Hire, mentor, and manage engineers, data scientists, and QA staff.
  • Collaborate with the CEO, Regulatory Lead, and UX team to align business and tech goals.
  • Create agile processes and DevOps pipelines for continuous delivery and validation.
  • Select and manage vendors, SaaS tools, and compliance partners.

Strategic Contribution

  • Advise executive leadership and investors on emerging technologies and scalability.
  • Contribute to fundraising, product demonstrations, and client technical onboarding.
  • Represent at regulatory technology and digital health conferences.

Qualifications

Required

  • 7+ years in software development, with 3+ in a leadership or CTO/VP Engineering role.
  • Serious drive and determination
  • Deep experience with 
    SaaS architecture

  • Working knowledge of 
    pharmaceutical industry
    or open to learning.
  • Hands-on experience with

  • Track record of delivering complex software under tight timelines.
