Your Role

As the
Project Manager – GRC Programs & Enclave Delivery
, you will manage the full lifecycle of:

  • CMMC 2 and CPCSC 2 compliance engagements
  • Delivery and onboarding of clients into the
    123 Enclave (digital)
  • Development and rollout of the
    Physical Enclave
    supporting Controlled Goods, DOS, DSC, and Security Clearances
  • Internal compliance projects and standard integrations

You'll be responsible for creating structure, driving timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring that all compliance-related projects move forward predictably and at scale.

You will work closely with Assessors, Compliance Managers, Policy Writers, technical partners, and leadership to transform strategy into execution.

What You'll Do1. GRC Project & Program Management

Plan, structure, and manage all GRC-related projects across 123 Cyber, including:

  • CMMC 2 delivery
  • CPCSC 2 compliance engagements
  • 123 Enclave deployments
  • Physical Enclave implementation for Controlled Goods & Security Clearance activities
  • Build and maintain project plans, timelines, resourcing models, and delivery milestones.
  • Track dependencies, risks, and bottlenecks across all engagements.

2. Stakeholder & Team Coordination

Coordinate daily and strategic work across:

  • Lead Assessors
  • Compliance Managers
  • Policy Writers
  • Evidence Collection Teams
  • Technical Partners (ThinkOn, Alta Nora, Commissionaires, etc.)
  • Ensure clarity of roles, workflows, and handoff points.
  • Act as the primary internal coordination point for compliance delivery.

3. Quality & Execution Control

  • Ensure that compliance deliverables align with client contracts and regulatory frameworks.
  • Support validation and review cycles for assessments, evidence, and remediation plans.
  • Track audit readiness and coordinate preparation activities leading to 3rd-party audits.

4. Enclave Build & Operations

Drive timelines and task coordination for the
123 Enclave
(virtual) and
Physical Enclave
:

  • Client onboarding
  • Security zone setup
  • Compliance milestone tracking
  • Partner coordination for infrastructure and clearance requirements

5. Tools, Process & Scale

  • Implement standardized workflows for GRC delivery.
  • Support integration of new frameworks and standards into
    123AuditPrepᵀᴹ
    .
  • Identify opportunities to reduce friction and increase repeatability across project delivery.
  • Help define internal playbooks, templates, and reporting dashboards.

6. Client & Partner Management

  • Lead project check-ins with clients and partners.
  • Maintain visibility into milestones, blockers, and risks.
