Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team, supporting client relationships, and ensuring the seamless execution of events. This position requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in managing and nurturing client relationships. Serve as a key point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
- Prepare and update rental quotes, contracts, and contracts with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support Senior Account Managers and Account Executives with client follow-up, proposal preparation, and contract management.
- Assist with client appreciation events, showroom appointments, and marketing initiatives as needed.
- Maintain timely communication with clients to confirm order details, delivery/pick-up information, billing requirements and post event feedback.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams to ensure accurate and on-time fulfillment of contracts.
- Track inventory availability and advise clients or the sales team of substitutions or alternative options as needed.
- Coordinate sales activities, including scheduling meetings, conducting follow-ups, and maintaining sales records.
- Serve as main point of contact for inbound event rental general public or retail inquiries via phone and digital channels (email, website etc.)
- Facilitate effective communication between sales, operations, marketing, & product teams.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Director of Sales
Requirements & Qualifications
- Completed post-secondary education in Business Administration, equivalent, or related field is preferred;
- Experience in sales, events & hospitality industry, or customer service industry considered an asset;
- Knowledge of company products considered an asset;
- Working knowledge of MS Office (required) and Point of Rental Software (strongly preferred);
- Demonstrated ability to embrace and learn new workflows and technology.

- Digitally and technology savvy; Familiarity with and proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite of products, specifically Excel and PowerPoint;
