Now we're looking for passionate, detail-oriented Bakers to join our Bakery Production team at the Rosedale location.

What you'll do

  • Prepare and bake breads, pastries, and desserts according to established recipes
  • Maintain consistent quality, taste, and presentation standards
  • Follow proper food handling, safety, and sanitation practices
  • Assist with scaling, mixing, proofing, and finishing baked goods
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate ingredient needs
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and equipment
  • Collaborate with fellow bakers and pastry staff to meet daily production goals

What we're looking for

  • Experience in a commercial bakery or production environment is an asset
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
  • Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
  • Reliable, punctual, and organized work habits
  • Comfortable working early mornings and in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays

All entry-level retail and kitchen roles begin at minimum wage ($17.60/hr). Pay is negotiable based on experience.
