We're expanding our instructor network into the eastern provinces, and we're looking for passionate instructors to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Teach engaging and effective
First Aid & CPR courses
(and other safety programs depending on your certifications)
- Deliver training to participants in corporate, industrial, and community settings
- Create interactive learning environments using real-world scenarios
- Assess participant skills and provide constructive feedback
- Ensure compliance with CSA, OHSA, and FAST Rescue training standards
- Complete course documentation and certifications
- Travel to client sites or deliver training at FAST Rescue locations
Experience
Must Have:
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Professional, reliable, and adaptable to diverse learners
- Access to reliable transportation and willingness to travel
Assets:
- Current
First Aid & CPR Instructor certification
(WSIB approved)
- Previous experience teaching, training, or facilitating adults
Don't have certifications yet? No problem
FAST Rescue will provide training for new, motivated instructors who are eager to get certified and start teaching.
