POSITION OVERVIEW
The Manager, Product and Information Management will oversee digital products and information solutions that support Kensington Health and community-based healthcare delivery. The individual will work with Kensington teams to understand their business needs, translate the needs into digital solutions and lead the adoption of the resulting digital products. The manager will form a comprehensive product strategy focused on patient/residents/staff and leverage leading cloud technology and services to meet Kensington Health's objectives. The manager will also create vision and execute on a single source of business insights for Kensington Health to drive organizational performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Strategy & Management
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and digital needs.
- Lead a product management team in defining application vision and roadmaps opportunities.
- Manage the digital product portfolio to ensure it meets quality standards and regulatory compliance.
- Work closely with clinical teams to understand the impact of products on patient outcomes and clinical workflows.
- Drive product initiatives that contribute to the company's strategic goals.
Information Services & Data Management
- Oversee all information services and ensure the accuracy, accessibility and utility of data.
- Ensure that product management and information services practices align with the company's mission and values.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate information service performance.
Innovation & Technology Adoption
- Foster innovation across the organization by encouraging the adoption of emerging technologies and practices.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate them into product selection and integration.
- Collaborate with peers to establish a complementary digital patient/resident experience.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the planning and execution of product launches, training and integration.
People & Stakeholder Management
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and industry experts.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with technology providers and service vendors.
- Coach and develop team of direct reports, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Operational Excellence
- Meet financial targets, optimizing resource allocation for maximum impact.
- Ensure seamless day-to-day operations of supported systems and platforms.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
- Oversee the lifecycle management and enhancement of clinical and non-clinical applications and data platforms.
- Ensure return on investment for digital product investments in business cases and operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Exceptional relationship developer working with organizational partners to facilitate change while fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
- Previous experience leading and/or involvement in large scale clinical operations.
- Proven experience leading collaborations in settings such as community-based healthcare.
- Superior critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal, team building and communication skills.
- Outstanding integrity, self-starter, with passion for non-for-profit model and vision.
- Ability to maintain a broad perspective; ability to foster and maintain effective relationships with senior leadership in a manner that facilitates cooperation, consensus building and change management.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in IT management or related field, with preferrable least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record working with solutions such as electronic health records (EHRs), diagnostic imaging systems, and other point-of-care tools to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Successful track record of executing innovative projects aligned with organizational vision.
- Worked collaboratively with cross-functional teams to effectively convert strategic objectives into detailed, executable plans.
Required Professional Designation/Certificate:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Master's Degree in Information Technology Management or Business Administration (MBA) is an asset.
