Construction Crew Hiring – Precast Concrete, Steel Erecting, and Wood Construction

We are an established construction crew working on large-scale projects across Alberta, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan, specializing in precast concrete, steel erecting, and wood construction.

We are currently seeking experienced and motivated construction workers to join our team.

Position Details:

  • Work Hours: Average of 60 hours per week

  • Overtime: Paid according to applicable laws

  • Travel: Must be willing to travel for work across Western Canada

  • Compensation:

  • Competitive pay with overtime

  • Accommodations provided

  • Subsistence (sub) pay included

Qualifications:

  • Construction experience in one or more of the following: precast, steel erecting, or wood framing

  • Valid driver's licence and a clean driving abstract

  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-focused attitude

  • Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment
