Shur-Gro Farm Services, an independent full-service crop inputs dealer with locations throughout central Manitoba is offering a challenge to a self-motivated energetic person to join our team in Brandon, Manitoba

Shur-Gro Farm Services has a Co-Manager position open and is looking for a person with a strong agronomic background with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the operation of the business including sales and support of crop inputs including Seed, Fertilizer and Crop Protection products while providing exceptional service to a growing customer base, and sound leadership to a branch team.

Preference will be given to applicants with a diploma or degree related to Agribusiness or Agronomy or like experience in the crop inputs business. Strong interpersonal skills, previous leadership in a retail environment, and a good work ethic would make you a leading candidate for this position. Designation as a Professional Agrologist or Certified Crop Advisor will be an asset.
