About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Drywall Sander to join our construction/finishing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing drywall surfaces for painting or finishing, ensuring a smooth and professional result. Attention to detail, punctuality, and pride in workmanship are key.
Responsibilities:
- Sand drywall seams, corners, and surfaces to a smooth finish.
- Operate sanding tools safely and efficiently (manual and power sanders).
- Work with painters, and other trades to ensure high-quality finishes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and site regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous drywall or construction experience required.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to lift and move drywall materials and equipment.
- Required transportation to job sites.
- Knowledge of drywall finishing tools and materials.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
