We are currently looking for a professional services leader, passionate about technology, creatively and commercially driven, and are fully committed to a beautiful customer experience. With a background in Company Secretary, US Legal Entity Management/Data Operations, Corporate Compliance, Corporate Governance and/or Risk Management and can inspire a team with a commercial and technical passion.

The Role

  • Customer Delivery
  • Lead engagements independently or with a team and coordinate task allocation. Continue to deliver Professional Services over the course of the entire customer journey and/or product enablement lifecycle.
  • Actively manage projects and mobilize the proper team resources to make sure that projects are delivered successfully; delays and project overruns are minimized; and project efficiencies and budgets are managed.
  • Take the lead, in conjunction with Sales & Customer Success, to develop strategies and approaches to drive increased adoption of Diligent Solutions and in expansion plays for GRC use cases.
  • Spearhead the development of business solutions that leverage the full suite of Diligent products.
  • Provide oversight and quality control of services during the entire Product implementation lifecycle.
  • Career Development/Learning
  • Provide coaching and mentoring of team members on project management and customer enablement.
  • Participate in recruitment and retention activities.
  • Continue to develop Domain and Product expertise to provide guidance to customers on best practices for solution rollout and project execution through continuous learning and personal development.
  • Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and prioritize learning and development of those areas.
  • Practice Management
  • Propose, lead, support and execute internal initiatives that benefit the broader team and business.
  • Support senior management, sales, and solution engineers on potential Business Development activities (Discovery Calls, RFP Response, SOW generation).

What you need to succeed

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree (BS or BA).
  • Ability to lead teams and experience as a people manager.
  • 10+ years of overall experience managing a business portfolio with some experience in corporate / legal entity management and corporate compliance activities, working with complex entity structures.
  • Strong background in data analysis and analytics, with the ability to work with large data sets.
  • Foundational experience in full cycle software delivery, either as a business analyst or developer.
  • Experience with complex enterprise application systems, distributed applications, web applications, or system integration solutions.
  • Familiarity with systems supporting the legal entity lifecycle is an added advantage.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all areas and regions of the company.
  • Track record of successful delivery management in an enterprise or to enterprise customers with a dynamic and complex technical / regulatory environment.
  • Experience in client management and business development within those clients.
  • Effective skills in persuasion and influence, as well as an ability to enthuse and inspire.
  • Drive and determination to succeed in a dynamic company and growing team.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills including great public speaking skills.
  • Exceptional knowledge of business processes and the ability to solve business problems using a combination of technology and process changes.
