About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Warehouse Associate who can also support our e-commerce operations. This position includes both warehouse tasks and online store management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work closely with the company owner to execute daily tasks efficiently.

Key ResponsibilitiesE-commerce Tasks

  • Upload new products to the company website and online platforms
  • Manage online orders and daily sales
  • Conduct basic product research and sales performance analysis
  • Assist in improving product descriptions, pricing, and listings

Warehouse & In-Store Tasks

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers
  • Occasionally re-label or re-package products
  • Organize and maintain warehouse shelves and product storage
  • Perform regular inventory checks and stock counts

General Responsibilities

  • Actively follow and support business decisions from the owner
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
  • Complete additional tasks as required

Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse or e-commerce experience is an asset (not required)
  • Basic computer skills: Excel, website management, online shopping platforms
  • Ability to lift and move boxes as needed
  • Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and stay organized

Compensation

  • Minimum hourly wage + performance-based commission

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
