About Us
National Institute of Hairstyling and Aesthetics is a private career college based in Brampton, Ontario. We offer diploma programs in Hairstyling, Aesthetics, Massage Therapy, and Personal Support Worker (PSW). Our mission is to provide high-quality education that helps students build successful, hands-on careers in the beauty, health, and wellness industries.
We're expanding our team and looking for a motivated Sales Representative to help future students discover and enroll in our programs.
About the Role
As an Education Sales Representative, you'll connect with prospective students, understand their goals, and guide them through the admissions process — from inquiry to enrollment. You'll also support marketing initiatives and outreach activities to generate leads and build awareness of our programs.
This is a hybrid role with flexible hours and a mix of on-site and remote work.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective students by phone, email, text, and social media.
- Provide clear and inspiring information about our diploma programs.
- Guide applicants through each stage of the admissions process.
- Generate new student leads through marketing campaigns, community outreach, and referrals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and enrollments in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the admissions and marketing team to meet enrollment goals.
Qualifications
- 2 years experience in sales, student recruitment, or admissions preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Goal-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with CRM software, social media marketing, or lead tracking is an asset.
- A passion for education, career development, and helping people succeed.

Pay: $45,000.00-$150,000.00 per year

Education:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
Experience:
- Canadian Sales/Admissions: 3 years (preferred)
- Private Career College: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Class G driver's licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 50% (preferred)
