Protouch Physiotherapy & Rehab Inc. is a well-established, modern physiotherapy and rehabilitation clinic with over 13 years of service in the community. We are located in a busy medical building alongside three family physicians and a pharmacy, attracting strong patient traffic and ongoing referrals. Our clinic offers a friendly, professional environment with an existing base of physiotherapy and massage therapy patients who would benefit from chiropody services.

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and caring Chiropodist to join our multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of foot and ankle conditions, contributing to our mission of improving patients' overall mobility, comfort, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed foot and ankle assessments, including gait analysis and diabetic foot evaluations.
  • Provide appropriate treatments, including callus and corn care, nail management, orthotic prescriptions, and wound care.
  • Educate patients on preventive foot health, footwear, and self-care practices.
  • Collaborate with physiotherapists, massage therapists, and physicians to ensure coordinated care.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant patient records.
  • Stay current with professional standards, practices, and continuing education in chiropody.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Chiropody (D.Ch.) from a recognized institution.
  • Current registration and good standing with the College of Chiropodists of Ontario.
  • Excellent communication and patient-care skills.
  • Strong clinical reasoning and manual skills.
  • New graduates are welcome to apply.
