Digital Marketing Designer - Vancouver, BC

This role is primarily remote, ideally suited for candidates in the Vancouver, BC area
for occasional office days and team collaboration.

About the Role

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Designer to create designs across the full marketing lifecycle for applying our established corporate brand identity to materials and web projects to deliver clear, consistent, and engaging creative experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Apply our
    corporate brand identity
    across all design projects.
  • Create email and web page design templates for Pardot, WordPress, and HubSpot
  • Create
    marketing materials
    (social graphics, one-pagers, event assets, presentations, etc.).
  • Design and enhance
    marketing web projects
    (landing pages, campaign microsites, website updates) with a focus on
    clarity, usability, and brand consistency
    .
  • Adapt designs across digital platforms (UI/UX)
    to ensure layouts and visuals work effectively on desktop, mobile, email, and social channels following UI/UX best practices.
  • Build and maintain a
    design system, templates, and processes
    for consistency.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and go-to-market teams to bring ideas to life.
  • Stay informed on
    design trends and UX best practices
    to continually refine marketing design approaches.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–5 years of professional design experience
    .
  • Portfolio showcasing both
    visual design
    and
    web/marketing UX/UI work
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Miro, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools
    .
  • Understanding of
    user-centered design principles
    and digital best practices.
  • Self-starter capable of establishing and following
    efficient design processes
    .
  • Strong
    collaboration and communication skills
    .

Nice to Have

  • Hands-on experience with
    HTML/CSS
    for implementing web and email designs.
  • Experience directly applying
    UX/UI principles
    in digital marketing projects.
  • Familiarity with
    creating engaging layouts for campaigns or interactive content
    , such as infographics, presentation graphics, or social media assets.
  • Experience with
    marketing platforms
    (Pardot, HubSpot, WordPress, etc.).
