Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Ottawa, ON. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing general clerical duties, managing phone calls with proper phone etiquette, and providing executive administrative support. The role will involve managing schedules, coordinating meetings, maintaining records, and ensuring effective communication within the organization.
