Are you an experienced automotive professional with a passion for leadership and a talent for turning pre-owned inventory into profit? Drive Motorsports, a trusted name in automotive sales and service, is seeking a Pre-Owned Manager to lead and grow our pre-owned vehicle department.
Role & responsibilities:
· Oversee all operations of the pre-owned department, including inventory management, pricing, reconditioning, merchandising, and sales.
· Develop and execute strategies to maximize used vehicle sales, gross profit, and inventory turn.
· Appraise trade-ins and acquire inventory through auctions, trade, and private sources.
· Lead, train, and guide the sales team to establish and achieve sales goals, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.
· Collaborate with department managers and ensure consistent communication and effective follow-up procedures across departments.
· Monitor market trends, adjust pricing strategies, and maintain optimal inventory mix.
· Maintain a clear and thorough understanding of the policies and procedures of the dealership at all times.
Qualifications:
· 5+ years of proven success in automotive management, preferably in pre-owned operations.
· Strong understanding of used car values, pricing strategies, and reconditioning processes.
· Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
· Valid VSA license.
· A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
· Multilingual preferred – English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

At Drive Motorsports, our goal is to make you part of the family by sourcing some of the most sought after luxury and exotic cars in Canada. We have a vast dealer network that works directly with Drive which allows us the opportunity to purchase these cars directly. After we purchase/locate the vehicle, our next step is to ensure the car is in next to new condition by fully inspecting them, having the required services completed and giving the car a full detail/polish before it is ready for its new home.
