We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the Intelex Platform Services product vertical of our EHS SaaS solutions suite. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about the underlying technologies of platforms, ecosystems, their intersection with the business side of it, and most importantly, our customers, the millions of EHS professionals tasked with keeping their workforce safe daily. You must know the product development lifecycle extremely well and has a strong background in B2B SaaS platforms.

Who You Are Platform Knowledge

  • Experience working on interaction-heavy SaaS products with complex workflows.
  • Extremely knowledgeable of the platform product development lifecycle.
  • A strong background in B2B SaaS platforms and the prevailing trends and emerging technologies in those spaces.

  • Effective at collecting customer feedback, with an ear for explicit and implicit customer sentiment, able to separate the wants from the needs.
  • Understand the end-to-end flow of business requirements and the ultimate customer outcomes.
  • Passion for listening to users and translating insights into actionable improvements.

  • Consistent at communicating clearly and concisely, with consideration for the audience, be it written or spoken word.
  • Excellent at documenting business requirements, statuses, analysis, and any other documented outputs swiftly, accurately and with a consistent voice.

  • Appropriately reliant on data when making decisions/recommendations on priorities.

What You Will Do:

  • Own the Intelex platform: Define and enhance the user experience across all customer touchpoints, ensuring a comprehensive and foundational platform that meets user needs.
  • Drive the Platform Product Strategy & Vision: Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Engineering, and other product verticals to define and execute a roadmap that simplifies workflows for EHS professionals.
  • Lead Discovery & Research: Conduct user research, and feedback sessions to deeply understand how users interact with our platform.
  • Prioritize Enhancements & Features: Leverage customer insights, data analytics, and business objectives to prioritize platform improvements.
  • Define & Manage the Backlog: Work closely with engineering teams to write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications for improvements.
  • Optimize Performance & Interoperability: Ensure fast, responsive, and integrated components that enhance interoperability within and out of the Intelex ecosystem.

Qualifications

You have proven experience and education in the following:

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3+ years focused on a platform.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS products; EHS, compliance, or workflow-heavy platforms are a plus.
  • Experience working with engineering teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Background in human-centered design, analytics and integrations is a plus.
  • Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
