Essential Responsibilities: Light prep, stocking, line cooking. Plating and preparing dishes up to spec, kitchen cleanliness, completing checklists, upholding company values.

Definition of Success: Speed and organization are a must You should be able to work with high volume line cooking, move quickly and efficiently, with high attention to detail. Cleanliness and positive attitude are a must.
