Overview

The team is building and driving critical services that power the new AI native web apps and plugins registries, runtime and rendering. In this position, you will have the opportunity to make a massive impact on Intuit's transformation into an AI-driven expert platform. Come join Intuit's GenUX team as a Senior Software Engineer to help shape how Intuit designs, crafts, operates, and runs web applications.

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with a strong passion for building successful web applications, services, and APIs that deliver big value to customers. You are comfortable in dealing with ambiguity and changes. You love to take initiative, and have a bias towards action. You are not afraid to tackle difficult problems and dive into new technologies.

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years of overall frontend experience - we use Node/React
  • BS/MS in computer science or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience building and operating large-scale, consumer-facing web applications and services.
  • Proficiency in server-side technologies, cloud technologies, web development, and the desire to work in a multi-disciplinary team operating in a DevOps model.

Bonus Points

  • Expertise in service design, discovery, and runtime orchestration systems.
  • Experience building and operating high traffic services & APIs
  • Familiarity with React best practices
  • Experience in Agile Development, SCRUM, and/or Extreme Programming methodologies
