House Cleaner

Job Overview

I am looking for someone who is looking to learn a new skill and expand with a growing company. We are not your average cleaning company. We prioritize clients needs and their budget and we spend our days making sure to do an overly efficient job, in a timely manner. We work very fast but very detailed, we do tons of special touches throughout the home to leave everything looking perfect.

Perfecting the art of detail cleaning and organization takes time, so I am looking for someone who is willing to learn.

Your average cleaning company surface cleans around a clients belongings, we do not. Everything is moved and cleaned thoroughly and then we organize everything in the area.

This position will start off part time while you are in the learning process with a couple of days a week. There will be lots of room for growth in your future at Asset Cleaning with management position's available as your skills are developed. As your training completes your hours will be raised and so will your wage. We will build a schedule together tailoring to both of our needs.

We provide all cleaning supplies and you will always be working in teams of two.

Experience

• Previous experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively to complete tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages such as French is a plus.
• A friendly demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction is essential.
• Ability to work independently while also being a team player when necessary.
