About the role

Join a team where collaboration and innovation are at the heart of everything we do. You will play a crucial role in shaping our customers' experiences and supporting the continued growth of our company and brand. As a Workforce Planning Analyst, you will be a catalyst for operational excellence, and your pivotal role will directly impact our operational partners.

What you'll do here:

  • Be the guardian of operational fluidity, ensuring our service level objectives are met and strengthening our image with partners.

  • Lead real-time schedule transformation, enabling the team to maximize performance and shine through efficiency.

  • Raise our standards by designing innovative strategies to anticipate needs and optimize customer satisfaction.

  • Contribute to a culture of collaboration by generating analyses to drive operational improvement.

  • Protect and maintain operational harmony by acting as the first point of contact, providing clear and efficient support to users.

What you bring to the table:

  • A passion and vision for innovation and leadership, reinforced by your studies in business, mathematics, or economics.

  • Experience in workforce planning that demonstrates your ability to be a pillar for the team.

  • Proficiency with technical tools as assets to fuel growth and proactivity.

  • Persuasive communication and sharp time management skills to thrive in a collaborative environment.

  • Bilingualism (French/English) - Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.

  • No Canadien work experience required, but must have authorization to work in Canada.
