Join usTitleFounding Team Member - Customer SuccessDescriptionAs a Founding Team Member, you will work closely with both Rocketbrew's founders in building a powerful AI solution to automate sales outreach. Your mission is to help our customers generate more meetings with Rocketbrew. This means advising them on how to tune the model, testing new features, using their feedback to impact the product roadmap and more. Because we wear many hats, you will also get to dabble in customer success, sales, marketing and working closely with engineering to shape the future of the product. We are looking for someone who wants to build Rocketbrew from the ground up and has the grit to "do things that don't scale".Who you areYou are someone who has been part of at least one very early-stage startup and stayed long enough to learn the difference between shipping projects and shipping products.You are excited at the idea of investing many years to build a product that will meaningfully change workplaces.You are a creative problem solver, and capable of translating both customer objections and customer objectives into a single plan of action.What You'll be DoingBe accountable for the number of meetings customers book on RocketbrewMonthly business reviews with customers and advising them on how to tune RocketbrewManaging customer accounts, onboarding new customers, helping with requestsTuning Rocketbrew's account to grow Rocketbrew's sales pipelineAssisting engineers with testing, improving message quality and advising on roadmap based off customer feedbackProduct and market research and experimentation, particularly within the AI space Marketing, analysis and other ad hoc tasks as they come upYour RoleHelp Rocketbrew customers become more successful month after monthRenew annual customers and manage churnBecome an expert in outbound messagingCollaborate with the team to fill any gaps and help prioritize the product roadmapYour Skills2+ years of experience at at least one early-stage startup (pre-seed to Series A)Experience as an SDR or equivalentHubspot, Figma, LinkedIn, GitHub issues, Webflow, SQLComfortable talking to customers and advising them based on dataAble to research, work independently and prioritize shifting prioritiesStar googler, ability to find answers when there are no answersWho you areGreat at building relationships with customers in a consultative wayA collaborative team spirit and strong attention to detailExcitement to build something from the ground upA clear communicator who enjoys communicating with team membersYou're crazy but in a good wayA strong and continuous self-learnerHighly autonomous and a strong collaboratorOur valuesBuild something people want - create something people are excited to pay forFast >> Right - Being fast gives us more opportunities to be right.
