Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Brampton, ON. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative tasks such as managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and providing executive administrative support. The role includes clerical duties, such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents. The Administrative Assistant will also need to ensure clear and efficient communication within the company and with external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Clerical Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and Quickbooks
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary are a plus
