Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Be a part of a high-performing team of engineers and technical specialists, providing hands-on technical leadership.
- Work closely with Senior Managers and Product teams to deliver technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Support implementation of various projects including feature development, automation, and AI-driven functionalities.
Technical Oversight
- Assist in architecture and system design reviews, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
- Contribute hands-on to development efforts, particularly in
.NET, SQL, and Azure
environments. - Maintain code quality, documentation, and adherence to best practices.
Project & Product Support
- Track project progress and help manage resource allocation and timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance technical priorities and business needs.
- Help identify opportunities for AI-driven enhancements and automation within existing products.
Operational Excellence
- Support monitoring of KPIs for system performance, reliability, and delivery.
- Contribute to optimizing workflows, development tools, and DevOps processes.
- Assist in vendor management and technology budgeting as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in
Computer Science, Engineering
, or related field (or equivalent experience). - 3–6 years of experience in software engineering or technology roles.
- Hands-on experience with
.NET, SQL, and Microsoft Azure
. - Exposure to
AI, automation, or SaaS development
is a plus. - Familiarity with modern software development practices (
Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure
). - Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Pay:
70K - 80K +10% bonus
