Key Responsibilities

  • Present food and beverage menu to guests in a timely and professional manner in order to assist them with their meal/drink selection.
  • Ensure that guests' experience is exceptional by providing quality service, anticipating and accommodating their needs as required, and answering their questions with respect to menu items, dietary needs, allergies, etc.
  • Record guests orders and ensure timely delivery to kitchen and bar staff, and subsequently serve orders to guests with professionalism.
  • Ensure that any concerns raised by guests are addressed promptly and professionally, seeking management support as required.
  • Provide bill and collect payment from guests upon completion of their restaurant experience.
  • Provide assistance to colleagues and management as required, including help maintain cleanliness of the restaurant.
