Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Cook/Server to join our team at the BLENHEIM LOCATION. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and delivering exceptional service. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic kitchen environment and interact with customers. Must have availability on weekends (FRIDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY).

Bonus if you have a vehicle and can do the odd deliveries. Can be discussed during interview process.

Duties:

  • Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards
  • Assist in meal preparation, including meat, vegetables, and sauces
  • Ensure food safety guidelines are followed at all times
  • Handle food with proper hygiene and sanitation practices
  • Serve food to customers in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred
  • Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays (mainly afternoons & weekends)
