What began in 2009 as a mother-daughter duo has evolved into a dedicated staff of more than 75 across two locations in Toronto and Oakville. The Role You'll Play

• Work on site at the Clinic's Toronto location (40 Holly Street) on Saturdays.
• Provide in-person psychotherapy services to clients of All Ages: Clinical competencies must include children.
• Provide in-person psychotherapy and coaching services to Parents/Caregivers.
• Develop treatment goals and plans in collaboration with clients, as discussed with the clinical supervisor.
• Maintain a caseload of 4 client hours per day on average, including scheduling future sessions with clients.
• Maintain up-to-date clinical session notes, engage in professionally appropriate client communications, provide client letters, and complete client forms as necessary.
• Communicate with relevant third parties as needed (e.g., parents, schools, other treatment providers).
• Adhere to PHIPA guidelines and maintain client confidentiality, as well as follow the Clinic's procedures.
• Participate in clinical consultation with peers as needed, monthly peer supervision, and individual supervision.

Your Superpowers (a.k.a. What You'll Bring)

• A Master's degree in psychology, psychotherapy, social work, counselling, or a related mental health field is required.
• A successful candidate is a fully registered member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) or the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW), a regulatory body identified as able to deliver psychotherapy services in Ontario.
• 3-5 years of clinical/treatment experience working with individuals with a wide range of clinical presentations, including ADHD.
• Experience in providing treatment services to children ages
• A positive, non-judgmental, and forward-thinking mindset that fosters an inclusive, supportive workplace
• Curiosity and a growth mindset that turn change into opportunities for learning and improvement
• Strong collaboration skills that build trust, clarity, and connection across teams through proactive communication
