Entry Level NDT Service Technician

Job Introduction
In this role, your day-to-day activities will consist of assisting with pressure washing, prepping, and setting tools up to be inspected. Pulling tools, maintaining inventory and keeping track of serial numbers and part location – along with loading said tools on and off of long-haul truck and trailers is also a frequent duty among other tasks.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist inspectors in preparing parts for inspection, following Logic NDT Solutions Ltd. SOP's including but not limited to Washing, buffing, ragging, pre inspection and post inspection.
- Follow all safety requirements of Logic NDT Solutions including but not limited to requirements set forth by customers when working in their facilities.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Operate a company vehicle as required in a safe a courteous manner.
- Maintain and operate appropriately all equipment owned by Logic NDT Solutions Ltd.
- Complete repairs of down hole drilling tools as per Logic SOP's under direct supervision of inspector.
- Assist inspector in completing documentation with detail and accuracy.
- Responsible to participate in completing daily hazard assessments at locations worked at during the course of a day.
Qualification Requirements
- Forklift and Crane experience and certification
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Experience in accurately recording data and numbers.
- Experience in using power tools and pressure washers.
- Mechanically inclined for minor equipment/tool repairs
Other requirements
- Ability to perform the essential job functions safely and successfully, consistent with Logic NDT standards, while meeting productivity requirements.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with Logic NDT standards
- Ability to communicate clearly to staff and customers.
- Ability to work under pressure, think clearly and act decisively.
- Good organizational skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Team player, treating all fellow employees with dignity and respect.
- Assertive when required to ensure job expectations are met.
- Always conduct yourself in a professional manner while representing Logic NDT.
- Demonstrate a willingness to cross-train and learn other areas of the company's operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
