We're looking for a highly creative, trend-savvy Social Media Coordinator to help elevate the Crystal Thani brand across TikTok, Instagram, and other social channels. If you're a content creator who thrives in nightlife settings, loves Thai food and cocktails, and knows how to make content that gets people talking, this role is for you.

Applicants must have at least 10,000 followers on TikTok and a strong understanding of social media growth strategies.What You'll DoContent & Social Media

  • Capture and post daily TikTok and Instagram content featuring the bar, cocktails, and nightlife atmosphere.
  • Develop creative concepts and trends that showcase Crystal Thani's energy, music, and Thai fusion culture.
  • Edit and optimize Reels and TikToks for engagement and reach.
  • Coordinate with bartenders, DJs, and event hosts to create dynamic behind-the-scenes content.
  • Track analytics and engagement metrics to grow followers and improve content performance.

Creative Direction & Photoshoots

  • Plan and assist in lifestyle shoots, staff features, and cocktail visuals.
  • Source props and style shoots that reflect our tropical, neon, and Thai aesthetic.
  • Collaborate with our management and marketing team to align creative themes with upcoming promotions and events.

Community & Events

  • Capture live content at events, DJ nights, and themed parties.
  • Engage with guests, influencers, and the online community through comments, duets, and reposts.
  • Help coordinate influencer visits and local partnerships to drive exposure and engagement.

Marketing Support

  • Collaborate on weekly marketing plans, event promos, and menu spotlights.
  • Support email and website campaigns with social-ready visuals and copy (training provided).
  • Keep social feeds cohesive, on-brand, and visually appealing.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 10,000 followers on TikTok (required).
  • 1–2 years of experience in social media, nightlife marketing, or hospitality promotion.
  • Strong eye for visuals, lighting, and storytelling in nightlife settings.
  • Skilled with iPhone content creation, short-form editing, and social trends.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • A love for Thai food, tropical cocktails, and Toronto nightlife.
