What project will this contractor be working on? The team has a requirement to build out training strategies and a SharePoint site.

Potential for this contract to be extended or converted to FTE? Extension and FTE conversion are possible. Seeking a candidate who is looking to grow with the team and potentially convert to FTE.

Remote/Hybrid: Hybrid // Tuesdays and Wednesdays are core days. Additional onsite days be required based on business needs.

Work Schedule (hours per week, start time): 37.5 Hours/week, 9-5 Monday to Friday

Interview Process: 3 rounds of interviews.

First round interview (teams) - 30 mins / Case study to follow Second round (onsite) - 45 mins // Tuesdays and Wednesdays Third Round (Onsite) – Tuesdays and Wednesdays – Interview led by 1 up for final decision Interview scheduling - spread out interviews. Preference is to avoid back to back.

Team Size? Sit within risk team. Centralized examinations team. Exam testing. Recent changes need for changes. 60ish people on training strategy. Current team is HM and 1 up.

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and growth-oriented Learning & Development Project Manager to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for someone with 2–3+ years of experience who is eager to learn, expand their skills, and grow within the organization.
The successful candidate will support the management of learning and development initiatives, contribute to effective training solutions, and foster team collaboration. Experience with project management, SharePoint, and PowerPoint is preferred.
This role has the potential to transition into a full-time position based on performance and team needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing L&D projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, while monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments.
• Utilize SharePoint for project documentation, collaboration, and communication among team members.
• Maintain and optimize SharePoint sites to enhance user experience and accessibility.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop effective L&D strategies.
• Design and implement training programs that enhance employee skills and performance.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
• Create engaging training presentations using PowerPoint to effectively communicate learning objectives and content.

Must Have Requirement:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Learning and Development, with a proven track record of designing and delivering impactful training programs.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to create visually engaging and instructional presentations.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and managing internal training sites using SharePoint, including site architecture, content organization, and user experience design.
• Background in Risk and Audit, with familiarity in developing training aligned with internal controls, compliance standards, and audit readiness.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Education, or a related field.

Nice to Have:

• Project management experience, particularly in L&D Projects.
• Hands-on experience with Articulate 360, including course creation using Storyline and Rise.
• Proficiency in Camtasia, with the ability to produce high-quality instructional videos and screen recordings.
