Overview

We are seeking a self-driven and proactive Technical Project Manager, to lead end-to end ADP payroll integration between Workday, and ADP. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical acumen, hands-on experience managing complex integrations, and exceptional leadership and communication skills to ensure seamless design, execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage payroll integration projects from initiation to deployment.

· Act as the primary liaison between business, technical teams, and ADP.

· Oversee integration architecture, mapping, testing, and deployment.

· Define and drive compliance on project timelines, deliverables and KPIs.

· Ensure compliance with data security and payroll regulations.

· Coordinate with offshore/nearshore technical teams and business analysts.

· Demonstrate strong attention to detail and due diligence across all activities.

· Have a Continuous Improvement mindset to accelerate automation, reusability, responsible use of AI and process enhancements that drive delivery excellence and efficiency.

Required Skills and Experience:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

· 7+ years of experience in technical project management.

· Deep understanding and hands-on knowledge of Workday–ADP payroll integrations.

· Hands-on experience in system integration projects, preferably Workday, ADP Payroll.

· Excellent Problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills

· Ability to manage cross-functional and globally diverse teams across time zones.

· Nice to have: PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master Certification.
