Are you an experienced professional with deep expertise in Group Retirement Savings (GRS) looking to take the next step or elevate your career in a senior, client-facing role? As a Senior Client Relationship Manager, you will be the strategic partner and trusted advisor to a defined block of clients and intermediaries in Western Canada. You'll play a critical role in developing long-term relationships, driving client satisfaction, and delivering tailored retirement solutions that align with our business objectives and the evolving needs of plan sponsors and members. This role is ideal for professionals with retirement and savings experience—group or institutional—who are ready to lead client relationships at a senior level, influence outcomes, and contribute to a modern, people-focused, high-performing organization. You'll be empowered to make a meaningful impact by delivering tailored retirement solutions, advocating for client needs, and contributing to a collaborative, forward-thinking culture. If you're passionate about building long-term relationships, influencing outcomes, and being the voice of the client, this is your opportunity to thrive. More specifically, you will be required to:
Proactively manage a portfolio of group retirement clients, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and profitable growth
Build and strengthen relationships with pension committees, senior client contacts, intermediaries, and other key stakeholders to anticipate needs and deliver proactive solutions
Act as the voice of the client within the organization, collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and innovation
Support business development efforts, including participating in finalist presentations and showcasing the GRS value proposition
Analyze client data, prepare insightful reports and presentations, and recommend strategies that help clients meet their retirement plan objectives
Resolve issues efficiently by coordinating with internal teams and ensuring timely, accurate responses
Contribute to internal initiatives, bringing the client perspective to cross-functional projects and continuous improvement efforts
Collaborate with Group Benefits colleagues to identify and pursue joint opportunities that enhance the overall client experience
