Ivalua Configurator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize the Ivalua platform according to requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members/internal clients to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain configuration documentation, test scripts.
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise on best practices for using the Ivalua platform.
  • Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure the Ivalua platform is operating effectively.
  • Assist with data migration and integration tasks.
  • Configuration of AI Chatbot skills.

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in configuring and managing the Ivalua (or any other procurement) platform.
  • Ivalua L1 Fundamental Configuration Certification (Ivalua L2 & above configuration certifications are preferred).
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL (writing and optimizing queries), ETL processes and database management.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively with remote teams and stakeholders across different geographic locations.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with remote teams and stakeholders across different geographic locations.
  • Experience with AI Chatbot skill configurations
  • Knowledge about procurement processes and procurement software solutions.
  • Experience preparing process documentation and troubleshooting with operations team

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
