As an HR Client Services Student, you will work as part of the HR Shared Services Team, located at our Head Office in Saint John, New Brunswick. This is a great opportunity for students or recent graduates who want hands-on experience in HR and exposure to a large, dynamic organization.

Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for employees by email and phone—answer questions, resolve issues, and provide accurate information. 
  • Support HR processes including benefits, payroll, and employee lifecycle transactions. 
  • Use HR systems and call tracking tools to manage inquiries and ensure timely resolution. 
  • Contribute ideas for process improvements and participate in initiatives to enhance service.
Qualifications
  • Please include your transcript along with your resume in your application.
  • Currently completing a post-secondary degree in HR, Business, (or related field preferred) and in Good Academic Standing 
  • Available for the Winter 2026 Co-op Term Period
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. 
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. 
  • Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism. 
  • French language skills are an asset.
