Job Overview

The Lead Home Stager is responsible for planning, overseeing, and executing home staging projects from start to finish. This role requires a balance of design expertise, leadership, and logistical coordination. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can lead a small team to deliver high-quality, detail-oriented results.

Responsibilities

  • Review project briefs, floor plans, and photos to plan staging layouts efficiently.
  • Create and communicate staging timelines to staff and co-founders.
  • Coordinate with movers, assistants, and logistics partners to ensure smooth project flow.
  • Lead on-site staging and destaging days, delegating tasks and maintaining productivity.
  • Troubleshoot issues during installations (e.g., access issues, item damage, space challenges).
  • Supervise styling assistants during staging and destaging projects.
  • Provide guidance and training to ensure consistency and quality in styling execution.
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and efficient team environment.
  • Communicate inventory needs or damages to the co-founders.
  • Help maintain warehouse organization between projects.

Requirements

  • Experience in Home Staging is required
  • Organizational and multitasking skills
  • Physically capable of lifting, moving, and assembling furniture/decor.
  • Proficient in time management and problem-solving under tight deadlines.
  • Must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle to travel independently to job sites.
  • Undestands that the role is casual and hours can be unpredictable

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $25.00 per hour
