What could your first experience look like?
- You'll be based out of one of our world class manufacturing facilities or one of our many distribution centres in Western Canada. Roles available in: Lethbridge or Taber, AB, and Surrey, BC.
- You will work on assignments that require you to perform cost/benefit analysis and balance our four key imperatives: cost, quality, service, and people.
- You will develop leadership skills by attending continuous improvement training with the ultimate goal of leading a front-line team.
- You will be motivating your team to achieve established performance targets and coaching them on performance processes.
- You will strive to identify and implement productivity and efficiency initiatives (ex. reduction of scheduled downtime, identifying loss points for raw materials, leading front-line employees, process changes and product & packaging waste reduction)
Who's a good fit for the team:
- Successful completion of Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management by September 2025
- Must be open to relocating within Western Canada.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated commitment to working with and leading people
- Proven problem solver and ability to manage competing priorities
- Collaborative team-player with a "roll-up your sleeves" approach
