Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong clerical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with various office software. This role involves managing daily administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth office functioning in a professional environment.

Duties

  • Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and answering phone systems
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, OpenInvoice and QuickBooks Online.
  • Organize files and maintain filing systems both digitally and physically
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
  • Handle administrative tasks related to office supplies procurement and inventory management

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and QuickBooks
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Exceptional typing speed and accuracy; attention to detail for proofreading documents
  • Experience with data entry, filing systems, and phone systems
  • Strong customer service skills with professional phone etiquette
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and responsibly
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Prior experience with bookkeeping is a plus
  • Basic computer skills necessary for efficient workflow management

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
