Role Description

This is a full-time in office position for a Senior Real Estate Law Clerk and Title Searcher and Conveyancing Manager at Vanular Lawyers Professional Corporation in Pickering, ON.

A successful candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in these areas and is able to handle overflow real estate files from start to finish per month without supervision.

This positon will involve obtaining all title instruments and organizing and reviewing all title searches and preparing requisition letters for the Lawyers to review prior to sending them.

In addition, this position will involve assisting all of the law clerks in reviewing their files and instruments before they are registered and assisting them in all registrations and applications on teraview.

This position will involve assistance in overflow real estate filed and overseeing the intake depatment.

Qualifications

  • Legal Document Preparation, Communication, and Research skills
  • Strong writing skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

.

  • Experience with Teraview, microsoft office, Closer and Leap, and other real estate software programs

.

  • Ability to manage people and attention to detail is a must

.

  • Law clerk diploma is an asset
