Position Summary:

As an Experienced Spray Foam Installer, you will be responsible for independently executing spray foam insulation jobs from start to finish. You must be comfortable operating spray foam rigs, managing job sites, and working with minimal supervision. This role is ideal for professionals looking to grow their career with a reputable and supportive company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install closed-cell spray polyurethane foam (SPF) insulation according to project specifications and building codes.
  • Operate and maintain spray foam equipment, including proportioners, compressors, and hoses.
  • Set up and prep job sites, including masking, ventilation, and safety controls.
  • Ensure proper spray techniques, thickness, and adhesion for quality control.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues on-site.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, both on the job site and in company vehicles.
  • Lead or assist with training junior crew members if needed.
  • Communicate clearly with team leads, project managers, and clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on spray foam installation experience (residential and/or commercial).
  • Proficient with spray rig setup, SPF equipment operation, and foam application techniques.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined or elevated spaces.
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and use of PPE, including full-face respirators.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and reliability.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
