The Event Server's role is to provide engaged and thoughtful service to our wedding guests. The Server is responsible for table detailing, table maintenance, all beverage service including wine and bar, running and clearing of food, order-taking and overall guest enjoyment. The Server is also there to assist the Lead Server, Concierge and Maître d' in all ways necessary to provide optimum service. The ideal candidate for this role has a positive outlook and an energetic personality.

This role can be full or part time, approximately 20-35 hours/week depending on the individual's availability

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests to the event space as they arrive.
  • Offer welcome drinks and take care of any guest requests.
  • Assist with event/wedding set up as required, setting up tables and décor.
  • Serve guests, anticipating their need and fulfilling them appropriately.
  • Communicate and be an example of Cambridge Mill's core values by demonstrating genuine and thoughtful hospitality in the day-to-day execution of duties.
  • Relentlessly pursue the importance of "image ", "attention to detail" and "pride of ownership" to best represent the Pearle Hospitality Brand.
