Dish Washer

One of the most important roles in the Restaurant, Dish Washers are responsible for managing the cleanliness and sanitation of the scullery area. They are integral in providing our Guests with perfect food, every time by making sure the kitchen has clean dishes They support both the Heart of House and Front of House by making sure the team has everything they need to do their jobs.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
  • wash dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly.
  • keep dishwashing area clean and organized.
  • take out trash and recycling as needed.
  • assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning.

Qualifications:

  • previous dishwashing experience preferred but not required.
  • ability to work in fast-paced enviornment.
  • reliable, punctual and a strong team player.
  • must be able to lift upto 40lbs and able to stand for long periods.
