Summary

We are seeking skilled Journeyperson Electricians to join our dynamic team located in Canada. This role is pivotal in ensuring the quality and safety of our electrical services as we continue to uphold our reputation as one of Canada's Best Managed Companies. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering exceptional electrical solutions. We offer a competitive Journeyperson rate of $42.25/hr and LOA and travel may apply.

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine layout of electrical systems.
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings.
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various tasks.
  • Document work performed accurately for reporting purposes.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry practices and technologies.
  • Qualifications
  • Valid Saskatchewan Journeyperson Electrician license.
  • Proven experience as an commercial or industrial electrician.
  • Strong knowledge of blueprints, schematics, and electrical codes.
  • Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Fixed term contract

Contract length: 8 weeks

Pay: $42.25 per hour
